Together, we’ve got it covered

HH Components currently has some 2,000 different items produced in China.

These are products that are made according to an official standard or manufactured to customer-specific requirements.

Today, we focus on customer-specific products that are produced according to the customer’s drawings or descriptions.

We currently supply/produce in the following materials:

Stainless steel
Steel, aluminium and brass
- We work with components ranging from solid rods, hollow bars, forged parts and moulded parts to sheets.
- The components are processed on CNC machines and punch presses.
Plastic
- Moulded parts are made using our own tools.
- Parts that require post-processing after moulding are handled by HH Components’ suppliers.

The key to real quality

The key to real quality lies largely in:

Detailed product specifications
Ongoing contact with the manufacturer
Clearly outlined requirements from the beginning of the manufacturing process
An understanding of the manufacturer’s competencies
A shared understanding of the requirements in respect of quality (Partner – HHC – Manufacturer)

For custom-made products, it is crucial that you are able to describe your product in detail through drawings, material specifications, etc.
